Un coach d\u00e9di\u00e9, qui sera pr\u00e9sent tous les 15 jours (en principe le mercredi), vous proposera des exercices de renforcement musculaire global avec p<!--more-->our objectif d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer vos performances et de diminuer les risques de blessures.<\/p>\n<p>Pour adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 notre association, plusieurs possibilit\u00e9s s&rsquo;offrent \u00e0 vous :<\/p>\n<p>1\/ vous pouvez t\u00e9l\u00e9charger et compl\u00e9ter votre bulletin d&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><a class=\"fork\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.footingrunninganse.fr\/le-club\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2020\/09\/bulletin202021.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ici<\/a><\/strong> <\/span>\u00e0 remettre lors des s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;entrainement (\u00e0 privil\u00e9gier).<br \/>\n2\/ vous pourrez retirer \u00e0 compter du mercredi 9 septembre 2020 un bulletin d&rsquo;inscription \u00e0 la piste, les inscriptions \u00e9tant ouvertes tout au long de la saison 2020-2021.<\/p>\n<p>Le prix de l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 25 \u20ac pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2020-2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Envie d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer un club de course \u00e0 pied convivial, alors bienvenue \u00e0 FR&rsquo;ANSE !
